Elon Musk reacted to Blue Origin founder Jeff Bezos admitting that he "loves the idea" of hanging out with the SpaceX founder.
What Happened: In signs of what could develop into a friendship between two of the richest people in the world, Musk was thankful for the praise coming his way from Bezos.

Despite being a competitor in this space, Bezos was effusive with his praise for Musk.
"Judging by the results, he must be a very capable leader. No way you could have Tesla and SpaceX without being a capable leader," Bezos said earlier on the Lex Fridman Podcast in December.
Musk was succinct with his appreciation, saying "Thanks."
Why It Matters: The two billionaires have been at the forefront of the private space race, with their companies SpaceX and Blue Origin making significant strides in space exploration and technology.
Bezos’ praise for Musk’s leadership comes at a time when Blue Origin is also making notable progress. Recently, a former SpaceX mission director who joined Blue Origin’s team stated that the company is aiming to land its lunar cargo lander on the moon within 16 months.
Meanwhile, Musk has been vocal about his vision for the future of space exploration. He has criticized the stagnant progress in space exploration and has been actively working towards establishing a human presence on the moon and Mars.
