Model N, Ducommun, Perpetua Resources And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Monday

U.S. stocks were mostly higher, with the Nasdaq Composite gaining around 0.1% on Monday.

Shares of Model N, Inc. MODN rose sharply during Monday’s session after the company announced it will be acquired by Vista Equity Partners for $1.25 billion.

Model N shares jumped 10.7% to $30.00 on Monday.

• Destiny Tech100 Inc. DXYZ shares climbed 33.8% to $79.30 after jumping around 77% on Friday.
• Adlai Nortye Ltd. ANL shares surged 27.9% to $10.68.
• Apartment Income REIT Corp. AIRC shares jumped 22.6% to $38.47. Blackstone Real Estate will take AIR Communities private for approximately $10 billion.
• Ducommun Incorporated DCO shares gained 17.5% to $57.11 after the company confirmed that its Board of Directors received an unsolicited non-binding indication of interest from Albion River LLC.
• Mesoblast Limited MESO surged 13.8% to $6.60.
• Perpetua Resources Corp. PPTA gained 13.5% to $5.40 after the company announced it received indication for up to $1.8 billion in financing from the Export-Import Bank of the United States for the Stibnite Gold Project.
• AltC Acquisition Corp. ALCC surged 13.1% to $14.82. Oklo signed a LOI to supply 50 megawatts of power to Diamondback Energy.
• MicroStrategy Incorporated MSTR rose 10.9% to $1,595.72 amid a rise in Bitcoin.
• A-Mark Precious Metals, Inc. AMRK climbed 10.3% to $36.10.
• Coinbase Global, Inc. COIN gained 8.1% to $260.41 amid a rise in the price of Bitcoin.
• Formula Systems (1985) Ltd. FORTY rose 7.8% to $83.00.
• Semtech Corporation SMTC shares gained 7.8% to $35.08.
• MP Materials Corp. MP surged 7.7% to $15.74.
• EHang Holdings Limited EH gained 7.6% to $20.81 after the company attained the Production Certificate (PC) for its EH216-S passenger-carrying pilotless electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft from the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC).
• Sasol Limited SSL gained 6.8% to $8.72.
• Nukkleus Inc. NUKK climbed 6.7% to $0.96.
• Fastly, Inc. FSLY rose 5.9% to $13.27. Piper Sandler analyst James Fish upgraded Fastly from Neutral to Overweight and lowered the price target from $19 to $16.
• Li Auto Inc. LI gained 4.5% to $31.17.
• Victoria's Secret & Co. VSCO shares gained 4.4% to $19.29.
