On CNBC's “Halftime Report Final Trades,” Brian Belski of BMO Capital Markets said Prologis, Inc. PLD has a 3.7% yield. REITs are “coming back strongly,” he added.

On April 17, Prologis, reported first-quarter FY24 results. Rental revenue of $1.83 billion missed the consensus estimates of $1.87 billion. The company's average occupancy stood at 96.8%, with a leased 45.0MSF operating portfolio and a 3.1MSF development portfolio.

Joshua Brown of Ritholtz Wealth Management picked Samsara Inc. IOT.

On April 18, Loop Capital analyst Mark Schappel initiated coverage on Samsara with a Buy rating and announced a price target of $42. On March 7, Samsara reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and issued FY25 guidance above estimates. The company posted adjusted earnings of 4 cents per share, beating market estimates of 3 cents per share. Its revenue came in at $276.3 million beating expectations of $258.306 million.

Samsara said it sees FY25 adjusted earnings of 11 cents to 13 cents per share on revenue of $1.186 billion to $1.196 billion.
