Casey's Reports Upbeat Earnings, Joins Avidity Biosciences, Rentokil Initial And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Wednesday

U.S. stocks were higher, with the Nasdaq Composite gaining over 250 points on Wednesday.

Shares of Casey’s General Stores, Inc. CASY rose sharply during Wednesday's session after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly financial results. Also, the company increased its quarterly dividend.

Sales of $3.60 billion exceeded the street view of $3.48 billion. EPS of $2.34 beat the consensus of $1.72, according to data from Benzinga Pro.

Casey’s General Stores shares jumped 16.5% to $380.41 on Wednesday.

• Zillow Group, Inc. ZG rose 12.8% to $47.12. Zillow Group Director Jay C Hoag acquired a total of 2,338,036 shares at an average price of $42.76.
• Element Solutions Inc ESI gained 12.6% to $26.72 as the company increased second quarter and full year guidance.
• Dyne Therapeutics, Inc. DYN jumped 11.2% to $34.43.
• Oracle Corporation ORCL shares jumped 10.7% to $137.08 after the company reported fourth-quarter financial results. Oracle posted weaker-than-expected earnings for its fiscal fourth quarter. The company also announced a partnership with Alphabet Inc’s GOOGL GOOG Google Cloud.

• Upstart Holdings, Inc. UPST gained 10.3% to $26.83.
• Enovix Corporation ENVX climbed 9.9% to $13.58.
• Core & Main, Inc. CNM gained 9.2% to $51.51 as the company announced a $500 million share repurchase authorization.
• SL Green Realty Corp. SLG rose 9.1% to $57.38.
