Cisco Posts Upbeat Earnings, Joins Tesla, Ulta Beauty, Robinhood, Dell And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Thursday

U.S. stocks were higher, with the Dow Jones index gaining around 350 points on Thursday.

Shares of Cisco Systems, Inc. CSCO rose sharply during Thursday's session following better-than-expected quarterly earnings.

Cisco reported fiscal fourth-quarter revenue of $13.64 billion, beating the consensus estimate of $13.537 billion. The company reported adjusted earnings of 87 cents per share, beating analyst estimates of 85 cents per share.

Cisco shares jumped 8.4% to $49.26 on Thursday.

• Lumentum Holdings Inc. LITE gained 14.8% to $52.34 after the company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and issued revenue guidance above estimates. Also, Rosenblatt and Needham raised their respective price targets on the stock.
• TeraWulf Inc. WULF rose 13.4% to $3.7990.
• Evolv Technologies Holdings, Inc. EVLV gained 12.8% to $3.44.
• Sigma Lithium Corporation SGML climbed 12.6% to $9.98.
• Astera Labs, Inc. ALAB gained 10.7% to $43.03.
• Ulta Beauty, Inc. ULTA climbed 10.6% to $364.14 after Berkshire Hathaway added a stake in the company.
• Wolfspeed, Inc. WOLF rose 10.6% to $12.78. Morgan Stanley analyst Joseph Moore maintained Wolfspeed with an Equal-Weight and lowered the price target from $23 to $15.

• Five Below, Inc. FIVE surged 8.8% to $74.43.
• Sirius XM Holdings Inc. SIRI gained 8.6% to $3.1627 after Berkshire Hathaway increased its stake in the company.
• StoneCo Ltd. STNE rose 8.5% to $14.48 following upbeat earnings.
• Highest Performances Holdings Inc. HPH rose 7.7% to $1.83.
• DLocal Limited DLO gained 7.6% to $8.35 following second-quarter results.
• Paycor HCM, Inc. PYCR rose 7% to $13.52 after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly financial results.
• Marvell Technology, Inc. MRVL gained 7% to $68.24.
• Tesla, Inc. TSLA rose 6.8% to $215.21. The stock is trading higher after stronger-than-expected retail sales, potentially signaling increased consumer demand and confidence, which may boost expectations for higher vehicle sales.
• Ciena Corporation CIEN gained 6.5% to $53.29.
• Walmart Inc. WMT rose 6.5% to $73.13 following better-than-expected second-quarter financial results.
• Robinhood Markets, Inc. HOOD rose 6.3% to $19.83 after Deutsche Bank upgraded the stock from Hold to Buy and raised its price target from $21 to $24.
• Dell Technologies Inc. (NYSE DELL) gained 6.2% to $109.33 after JP Morgan maintained an Overweight rating on the stock and raised its price target from $155 to $160.
