Apple Inc. AAPL also announced the AirPods 4 at the Glowtime event on Monday, featuring a sleeker USB-C charging case, and the company says it now offers 30 hours of total battery life.
What Happened: An interesting addition to AirPods 4 is that these truly wireless earbuds can detect nods and head shakes as responses to Siri's questions.

Apple has also made several feature additions like wireless charging, conversation awareness, transparency mode, and more. In addition to this, a new safety feature called "Hearing Protection" has also been added to AirPods 4, thanks to the new H2 chip. This feature reduces noise to protect ears.

For the first time, the basic AirPods now come in two variants – the entry-level standard variant, and a higher-end version with Active Noise Cancellation (ANC.)
The AirPods Max now comes with a USB-C port and new colors, including black, purple, and orange.
Price: The standard AirPods 4 starts at $129, while the AirPods 4 ANC is priced at $179.
AirPods Max is priced at $549 and will be available for purchase starting Sept. 20.
