NVIDIA, Trump Media & Technology, Bausch + Lomb, Sirius XM And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Monday

U.S. stocks were higher, with the Dow Jones index gaining around 150 points on Monday.

Shares of NVIDIA Corporation NVDA rose during Monday’s trading session.

A government-backed think tank in China has recommended that the country's data centers continue using high-performance chips from Nvidia, warning of the significant expenses involved in transitioning to domestic alternatives.

NVIDIA shares gained 2.9% to $138.71 on Monday.

Here are some other big stocks recording gains in today's session.

  • Longboard Pharmaceuticals, Inc. LBPH shares jumped 51.2% to $58.83 after the company announced it will be acquired by Lundbeck.
  • Upstart Holdings, Inc. UPST climbed 16.6% to $54.86 after Wedbush upgraded the stock from Underperform to Neutral and raised its price target from $10 to $45.
  • Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. DJT gained 16.2% to $29.38 after the company announced the launch of its Truth+ TV streaming service.
  • IGM Biosciences, Inc. IGMS gained 16.1% to $17.41.
  • BigBear.ai Holdings, Inc. BBAI surged 14.8% to $1.8499 after the company announced was awarded a five-year $165.15 million contract from the U.S. Army for Global Force Information Management Production Services.
  • Sify Technologies Limited SIFY gained 12.6% to $3.8019. Sify Technologies announced the appointment of Ms. Padmaja Chunduru as Director on the Board.
  • BitFuFu Inc. FUFU climbed 12.6% to $4.47.
  • EyePoint Pharmaceuticals, Inc. EYPT gained 10.7% to $9.78.
  • SoFi Technologies, Inc. SOFI gained 10.6% to $9.98 after the company announced a $2 billion loan platform business agreement for personal loans with funds managed by affiliates of Fortress Investment Group.
  • CleanSpark, Inc. CLSK rose 9.2% to $10.47 amid a rise in Bitcoin.
  • Coinbase Global, Inc. COIN gained 8.8% to $192.05 amid a rise in Bitcoin.
  • Bausch + Lomb Corporation BLCO gained 8.8% to $21.18 after the company announced that the FDA approved enVista Envy. Also, a report suggested TPG and Blackstone teamed up to work on a joint bid.
  • Sirius XM Holdings Inc. SIRI rose 8.1% to $26.96 after Berkshire Hathaway increased its stake in the company.
