Texas Instruments reported quarterly earnings of $1.47 per share, which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $1.37. Quarterly revenue of $4.151 billion beat the consensus estimate of $4.12 billion.
Texas Instruments shares surged 4.3% to $202.30 on Wednesday.
