Tesla Likely To Start Delivering Cybertrucks In Canada In November

Tesla Inc. TSLA is looking to start delivering Cybertrucks in Canada starting next week, as flagged by users on social media platform X.

What Happened: X user Steven Point, a software engineer from Canada, took to X on Tuesday to announce that his Cybertruck delivery is now slated for Nov. 5. The user also posted a screenshot of the confirmed delivery date.

“Just got the call!! My Cybertruck AWD in Canada delivery on Tuesday Nov 5!! Woooooooooooo let's go!!!!!!!!,” Point wrote on X.

Why It Matters: Last month, Cybertruck Program Manager Siddhant Awasthi said that the EV giant will likely start delivering the stainless steel truck in Canada in late October.

The foundation series Cybertruck starts at C$137,990 ($101,505) for the all-wheel drive variant and at C$165,990 ($122,101) for the more premium Cyberbeast variant in Canada.

The foundation series refers to a limited and pricier edition of the Cybertruck with laser-etched foundation series badges and premium accessories.

Tesla started delivering the Cybertruck to customers in the U.S. in November last year and to customers in Mexico late last month.
