On Oct. 27, the crowd roared as real estate mogul Grant Cardone took the stage at Madison Square Garden during a rally for Donald Trump, his words striking a chord with the thousands who filled the arena. Known for his no-holds-barred style and larger-than-life personality, Cardone didn't hold back as he railed against the "insanity" of Democratic policies. With the audience on edge, he pointed to Vice President Kamala Harris as the emblem of an out-of-touch government.

"Why is Everything More Expensive in Democratic Cities?"
Dipping into economic observations, Cardone highlighted rising living costs in urban areas run by Democratic administrations. "Have you ever noticed that where they go, everything is more expensive?" he asked. "New York City, you have the highest rents in the country, the highest food prices, the highest transportation costs and the most crime," Cardone stated, arguing that tax hikes in these areas make living increasingly unaffordable.
The crowd responded with chants, echoing his criticism of what he called "blue state insanity." He framed this as a result of Democrats "living off your taxes" while neglecting the burdens on everyday Americans.

"She's Here for Your Pockets"
Cardone then launched a direct hit on Harris's stance, calling out her support for adding 87,000 new IRS employees. "She wants to add 87,000 employees to the IRS for what? 800 billionaires?" he questioned. "That's a thousand employees for every billionaire. No, she's here for your pockets, your money, your small business. She's here to audit everybody in this room."
As someone who has built a $4 billion real estate empire, Cardone explained that his concerns over IRS expansion are personal.
To help small investors keep more of their earnings, he recently shared in an email to Benzinga that he created a Delaware Statutory Trust (DST) structure to allow smaller investors to defer all gains from the IRS, inspired by Elon Musk's message "to get the government out of your pocketbooks." "Americans should have access to the same tax strategies the wealthy have utilized for years," Cardone noted, adding that his DST option is designed to help everyday investors keep their capital gains working for them in institutional-grade assets across top U.S. markets.
He warned that Harris's policies would burden small businesses and middle-class Americans disproportionately. "The math of a 5-year-old tells you their policies don't add up," he added, visibly fired up.

"Taxing Unrealized Gains Will Destroy the Global Economy"
Perhaps one of his most scathing critiques centered on Harris's proposal to tax unrealized capital gains – a plan he argued would have catastrophic global effects. "Not even her simp Mark Cuban can sell this," Cardone said, noting that even Cuban, a known supporter of tax reform, couldn't get behind this policy. "Even Marky boy says this would destroy the global economy and take the USA down with it."
He voiced a profound distrust of what he called the "pimp handlers" of Washington's elite, whom he claimed manipulate Harris's agenda. "Kamala is the least qualified candidate to ever run for any political office in American history. She makes her boss look competent," he declared, to enthusiastic applause from the audience.
Rallying a "Landslide" for Trump
Cardone's speech ended on a rallying call for a decisive win in the election. "This election has to be more than a victory; it needs to be a landslide," he said. "If you bring 100 million votes to this man, you send a message to the elites and say, ‘We are done. We are fed up.'" His impassioned plea for action left the crowd visibly energized, with applause and chants filling the stadium.
With only days left until the election, the atmosphere at Madison Square Garden made one thing clear: for Grant Cardone and his audience, the stakes couldn't be higher.
