When it comes to Halloween in Taiwan, there might be a new superhero that young children dress up as in the coming years.
What Happened: At least one image of a young child from Taiwan dressing up as Nvidia Corporation NVDA CEO Jensen Huang has gone viral as the billionaire's status and wealth continues to grow in 2024.
Huang is known to wear leather jackets and sometimes hold up expensive graphic cards at Nvidia events, which are two of the items featured in a viral Halloween costume this year.
"We spotted min-Jensen in Taiwan, well-crafted GPUs in hand!" Nvidia tweeted with a picture of the five-year-old boy.
The young boy's mom said she was inspired to create the costume after watching Huang on television, according to a report from Business Insider.
"He always wears classic black leather jackets and visits the most down-to-earth night markets in Taiwan," Kuo Yuyun told Business Insider. "This contrasting image left a deep impression, so I asked my son to dress up as him this time."
The boy's mother, who shared a behind-the-scenes look at making the costume, said the outfit took around a week to make.
Her son's costume was for the Tianmu Halloween Festival in Taipei, where he dressed up as a typhoon last year.
"He just knows that he is dressed as a very remarkable person. To him, he is like a superhero."
Yuyun describes Huang as a superhero to her son and in the interview with Business Insider.
"Children especially like to dress up as superheroes like Iron Man and Superman. That's how we described the existence of such a person."

Why It's Important: The thought of someone dressing up as Huang and the image going viral probably wasn't something anyone in the finance world would have imagined years ago.
Fast forward to 2024 and Nvidia has on two occasions become the most valuable company in the world, although short lived on both occasions. The company is currently worth $3.26 trillion, trailing Apple at $3.46 trillion to rank second.
Nvidia stock is up 177% year-to-date in 2024 and up over 2,500 in the last five years.
Huang has also witnessed his wealth increase with the rising Nvidia stock price. Bloomberg ranks Huang as the 11th richest person in the world at $122 billion, with the Nvidia CEO seeing his wealth up $77.7 billion year-to-date in 2024.
The Nvidia CEO, who is from Taiwan, has become a legend in the country and gained a cultlike following by residents of the country and other areas around the world. A recent visit to Taiwan by Huang saw the billionaire greeted by many people with requests for selfies and autographs.
