Integra LifeSciences Posts Upbeat Results, Joins Air Transport Services, Freshpet, Yum China And Other Big Stocks Moving Higher On Monday

U.S. stocks were lower, with the Dow Jones index falling around 300 points on Monday.

Shares of Integra LifeSciences Holdings Corporation IART rose sharply during Monday's session after the company reported better-than-expected third-quarter financial results.

Integra Lifesciences reported quarterly earnings of 41 cents per share which beat the analyst consensus estimate of 39 cents per share. The company reported quarterly sales of $380.83 million which beat the analyst consensus estimate of $375.78 million.

Integra LifeSciences shares jumped 24.4% to $23.96 on Monday.

• Neurogene Inc. NGNE shares jumped 43% to $66.22 after the company entered a securities purchase agreement for a PIPE investment, expected to bring in gross proceeds of $200 million.
• Air Transport Services Group, Inc. ATSG gained 26.4% to $22.01 after the company announced it will be acquired by Stonepeak for approximately $3.1 billion, with shareholders receiving $22.50 per share in cash.
• Xiao-I Corporation AIXI rose 24.2% to $7.14. Xiao-I entered into private placement & securities purchase agreement to issue, sell convertible promissory note for $2.1 million.
• Disc Medicine, Inc. IRON gained 22.9% to $57.93 after the company announced the end of its Phase 2 Bitopertin In Erythropoietic Protoporphyria meeting with the FDA. The company is aligned with the FDA across all proposed study parameters and has a clear development path to registration.
• Globalstar, Inc. GSAT gained 21.8% to $1.6800.
• Canopy Growth Corporation CGC rose 16% to $5.64.
• The Chemours Company CC gained 14.6% to $20.42 after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly financial results.
• Array Technologies, Inc. ARRY rose 13.5% to $7.61.
• Evotec SE EVO jumped 13.1% to $4.3850.
• LexinFintech Holdings Ltd. LX gained 12.8% to $3.6100.
• Freshpet, Inc. FRPT gained 10.9% to $148.32 after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly financial results and raised its full-year adjusted EBITDA outlook.
• Bloom Energy Corporation BE rose 9.4% to $10.88.
• Yum China Holdings, Inc. YUMC surged 8.1% to $48.73 after the company reported better-than-expected quarterly EPS and revenues.
• Nextracker Inc. NXT gained 8% to $42.75.
• Peloton Interactive, Inc. PTON rose 7.5% to $7.80.
• Polestar Automotive Holding UK PLC PSNY gained 7.5% to $1.2250.
• Chewy, Inc. CHWY gained 7.3% to $29.13 after it was announced that the company will join the S&P MidCap 400 prior to the opening of trading on Wednesday, Nov. 6.
• Bath & Body Works, Inc. BBWI rose 7.2% to $30.99.
• Advance Auto Parts, Inc. AAP gained 5.6% to $ 38.29
