What To Know: MicroAlgo announced plans to issue new shares to settle a $20 million convertible bond agreement made on October 7, 2024. The bonds, maturing in 360 days, allow conversion into common shares at 70% of the lowest closing market price in the past 60 trading days.
Creditors have requested the company to issue shares at $0.80 per share to repay the debt, in line with the agreement terms. MicroAlgo says the company intends to comply and will proceed with the issuance.
