Bank of America Corp BAC traded higher by 3.79% to $38.32 at market close Tuesday, rebounding alongside broader markets following Monday's sharp sell-off. Investor sentiment improved as potential easing of geopolitical concerns helped lift major indices.
The S&P 500 gained over 100 points late Tuesday, with all 11 S&P 500 sectors in positive territory. Financials such as bank stocks led the way, supported by optimism around balance sheet strength and a brief pullback in Treasury yields.
What Happened: Bank of America stock bounced back despite lingering caution tied to President Donald Trump's renewed criticism of Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell, which had pressured equities a day earlier.

How To Buy BAC Stock
Besides going to a brokerage platform to purchase a share — or fractional share — of stock, you can also gain access to shares either by buying an exchange traded fund (ETF) that holds the stock itself, or by allocating yourself to a strategy in your 401(k) that would seek to acquire shares in a mutual fund or other instrument.
For example, in Bank of America’s case, it is in the Financials sector. An ETF will likely hold shares in many liquid and large companies that help track that sector, allowing an investor to gain exposure to the trends within that segment.
According to data from Benzinga Pro, BAC has a 52-week high of $48.08 and a 52-week low of $33.07.
