Intersections Inc. Announces Repurchase of Shares from CCP Equity Partners

Intersections Inc. INTX announced today that it repurchased all shares in the Company owned by investment funds affiliated with CCP Equity Partners. Under the terms of the transaction, Intersections purchased all 1,742,463 shares of its common stock owned by CCP, which represent approximately 9.7% of the outstanding shares of Intersections. The aggregate purchase price was approximately $19.6 million, based on the negotiated purchase price of $11.25 per share.
