Howard Stern is negotiating in public again, leaving SIRIUS XM Radio Inc. SIRI in a peculiar place. At least that place has strippers, the Iron Sheik, and Baba Booey. Mark Hurd and Oracle ORCL are now being sued by Hewlett-Packard HPQ, saying he may leak trade secrets to his new employer.
