Aura Receives Approximately $780,000 in US Coast guard Order

Aura Systems Inc. (AUSI) announced today that it received the next release under the U.S.C.G. multiyear contract which was awarded in 2006 to Marinette Marine Corporation (MMC). Aura’s AuraGen/VIPER power solution is the power system used on the RB-M. This next 39 boat release is scheduled to be delivered over 13 months and is part of a multi-year, Coast Guard contract requiring the delivery of up to 250 RB-M patrol boats at a total contract value to Aura of up to $5.0 million. To date, under the Coast Guard schedule, Aura delivered 42 systems.
