TechTeam Global Adds Latin American Support for Ford (TEAM, F)

TechTeam Global, Inc. TEAM today announced that its Single Point of Contact IT support services contract with Ford Motor Company F has been expanded to include Ford's locations in Latin America. Under the terms of the agreement, TechTeam will provide service desk, desk-side and remote desktop support, infrastructure management, identity and access management, and service management for Ford facilities in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, Venezuela and Chile. TechTeam currently provides these services for Ford in the United States and Canada, Western Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region.
