General Motors Investing In 3 Plants (GM)

General Motors GM announced it will be investing $163 million in three plants, two in Michigan and the other one in Ohio. It will add engine production for the Chevrolet Cruze, the Chevy Volt and an unnamed new small car, GM said yesterday. GM said the investment would keep 184 jobs at the three plants. Shares of GM are up 35 cents this morning to $33.60, a gain of 1%.
