AECOM joint venture wins contract to manage new National Railway Network in the United Arab Emirates (ACM)

AECOM Technology Corporation ACM, a leading provider of professional technical and management support services for government and commercial clients around the world, announced today that a joint venture in which it participates with Parsons International has been awarded a program management contract by Etihad Rail for the United Arab Emirates' national railway. The joint venture team will be responsible for program management during the first phase of the Etihad Rail project and part of the two subsequent phases. For stage 1 of the Etihad Rail project's Shah-Habshan-Ruwais route, AECOM will be responsible for the entire project implementation from the preliminary engineering to testing and commissioning, as well as a defect liability period once the project is complete.
