Integral Systems' Wholly-owned Subsidiary, Newpoint Technologies, Awarded Multiple Government and Commercial Contracts Valued at $1.9 Million (ISYS)

Integral Systems, Inc., ISYS announced today that that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Newpoint Technologies, has been awarded $1.9 million through multiple contracts from the U.S. Government, international military, commercial satellite operators and service providers in the Company's second quarter, Fiscal Year 2011, which ended on April 1, 2011. Under the terms of the contracts, Newpoint Technologies will provide its award winning COMPASS Network Management System to manage critical network assets and services, and its Mercury Remote Site Manager for intelligent automated management of unmanned remote sites.
