IGT Enters Agreement With Multi-State Lottery Association

International Game Technology IGT announced today that it has signed an agreement with the Multi-State Lottery Association to facilitate IGT's first interstate wide area progressive (WAP) link between the lottery jurisdictions of Delaware, Rhode Island and West Virginia. The new interstate link will be called MegaHits ^™ and have a starting jackpot reset amount of $100,000. "We are thrilled to bring our WAP technology and experience to Delaware, Rhode Island and West Virginia," said Tim Shortall, IGT vice president of Eastern Region Sales. "IGT introduced the very first WAP link to the gaming industry in 1986, and players continue to love the big jackpot opportunities these games offer.
