Tyler Technologies TYL has signed an agreement with the city of Hartselle, Ala., for Tyler's Incode integrated local government solution. The contract includes related professional services, maintenance and support. The city has also invested in Incode's Court Case Management solution and Tyler Public Safety, which includes computer aided dispatch, records management, mapping and mobile access. Tyler's Incode solution will replace at least five separate vendor applications. “We expect Incode to make our city more productive and keep costs down by simplifying our operations, integrating our departments, and most important, helping citizens more efficiently conduct business with the city,” said Hartselle Mayor Dwight Tankersley. “Tyler's Incode offers the most comprehensive single-source solution for our needs, including implementation and software maintenance.”
