Fuel Tech Awarded $2.6M Air Pollution Control Contract in Taiwan

Fuel Tech, Inc. FTEK today announced it was awarded a $2.6 million contract to supply equipment and engineering services for an ASCR Advanced SCR project in Taiwan, Republic of China. This order, placed by an existing customer for an industrial boiler burning coal and other gases, incorporates Fuel Tech's combined Low NOx Burner, Over-Fire Air, NOxOUT® Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction and Selective Catalytic Reduction technologies. Equipment deliveries are currently scheduled for late in 2011 and the first half of 2012.
