CapitalSource Declares Third Quarter Dividend of $.01

CapitalSource Inc. CSE today announced a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share on its common stock for the third quarter of 2010. The dividend will be payable on or about September 30, 2010 to shareholders of record on September 16, 2010. The ex-dividend date will be September 14, 2010.
