AGNC Declares $1.40 Q3 Dividend

American Capital Agency Corp. AGNC announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $1.40 per share for the third quarter 2010. The dividend is payable on October 27, 2010 to common shareholders of record as of September 28, 2010, with an ex-dividend date of September 24, 2010.
