BioMed Realty Trust Declares Third Quarter Dividends

BioMed Realty Trust, Inc. BMR today announced that its board of directors has declared a third quarter 2010 dividend of $0.17 per share of common stock, representing a 13.3% increase over the company's second quarter 2010 dividend of $0.15 per share. The dividend is equivalent to an annualized dividend of $0.68 per common share.
