Corn Products International Declares Quarterly Dividend of $0.14

The Board of Directors of Corn Products International, Inc. CPO today announced a quarterly dividend of $0.14 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on October 25, 2010, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2010.
