Boston Properties Declares Quarterly Dividend of $.50

Boston Properties, Inc. BXP, a real estate investment trust, announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.50 per share of common stock for the period July 1, 2010 to September 30, 2010 payable on October 29, 2010 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 30, 2010.
