Hatteras Financial Corp. Declares Third Quarter 2010 Dividend of $1.10

The Board of Directors of Hatteras Financial Corp. HTS (“Hatteras” or the “Company”) today declared a quarterly dividend of $1.10 per common share for the third quarter of 2010. The dividend will be paid on October 22, 2010, to shareholders of record on September 30, 2010.
