CLARCOR Announces 7.7% Dividend Increase

At its regular quarterly meeting on September 28, 2010, the CLARCOR Inc. CLC Board of Directors declared an increase in the regular quarterly dividend from $0.0975 per share to $0.105 per share. This increase raises the annual rate from $0.39 per share to $0.42 per share, a 7.7% increase and the company's 27th consecutive annual increase.
