Sealed Air Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $.13

Sealed Air Corporation SEE announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per common share. The dividend is payable on December 17, 2010 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 3, 2010.
