Lufkin Industries Announces Dividend of $0.125

Lufkin Industries, Inc. LUFK announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a fourth quarter cash dividend of $0.125 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be paid on December 10, 2010, to shareholders of record on December 1, 2010.
