AAON Declares Semi-Annual Dividend of $.18

AAON, Inc. AAON declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.18 per share to the holders of the outstanding Common Stock of the Company as of the close of business on December 1, 2010, the record date, payable on December 22, 2010. This dividend will be in lieu of the dividend normally payable the first week in January 2011.
