Nash-Finch Board Announces Quarterly Dividend of $.18

Nash-Finch Company NAFC announced today that its board of directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 18 cents per share of common stock. The dividend is payable December 10, 2010 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 26, 2010. It is the Company's 337th consecutive quarterly cash dividend. There are 12,167,555 shares of common stock outstanding.
