TDS Announces Fourth Quarter EPS of 11.25 Cents

The board of directors of Telephone and Data Systems, Inc. TDS has declared a fourth quarter 2010 dividend of $.1125 per Common Share, Special Common Share and Series A Common Share. Payment will be made on Dec. 30, 2010, to shareholders of record on Dec. 17, 2010.
