Campbell Raises Quarterly Dividend by 5% to $.29

Campbell Soup Company CPB today announced that the company's Board of Directors has approved a 5-percent increase in its quarterly dividend to $0.29 per share from $0.275 per share, effective in the second quarter of fiscal 2011. The dividend is payable on Jan. 31, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 27, 2010.
