Abington Bancorp, Inc. Increases Quarterly Dividend to 6 Cents

Abington Bancorp, Inc. ABBC announced today that its Board of Directors at their meeting on November 23, 2010, declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share on the common stock of the Company payable on December 21, 2010 to the shareholders of record at the close of business on December 7, 2010. The dividend represents an increase of 20% from the previous quarter's dividend of $0.05 per share.
