optionsXpress Declares Special Dividend of $4.50

optionsXpress Holdings, Inc. OXPS today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $4.50 per share on the Company's outstanding shares of common stock. The total amount of the dividend is approximately $259 million. The dividend is payable on December 27, 2010 to shareholders of record on December 13, 2010.
