Acadia Realty Trust Announces Dividend of $.18

Acadia Realty Trust AKR, today announced the Company's dividend for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2010. Acadia's Board of Trustees has declared a cash dividend of $0.18 per Common Share payable on February 1, 2011 to holders of record as of December 31, 2010.
