Hillenbrand Increases Dividend to $0.19

The board of directors of Hillenbrand, Inc. HI has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.19 per share on the company's common stock. On an annual basis, this is an increase of $0.01 per share over the previous rate of $0.75 per share. The dividend is payable December 31, 2010, to shareholders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2010.
