DPL Increases Dividend to 33.25 Cents

The Board of Directors of DPL Inc. DPL today increased the quarterly dividend for DPL common stock from $0.3025 to $0.3325 per common share, effective with the next dividend declaration date. This action increases the annualized dividend from $1.21 to $1.33 per common share.
