Edison International Raises Dividend to $.32

The Board of Directors of Edison International EIX today declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.32 per share, payable January 31, 2011, to shareholders of record on December 31, 2010. This action increases the annual dividend from $1.26 per share to $1.28 per share.
