Balchem Corporation Raises Dividend 36% to $.15

Balchem Corporation BCPC today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend on its shares of common stock equal to $0.15 per share, payable on January 20, 2011 to holders of record on December 21, 2010. This dividend reflects a 36% increase over the prior year cash dividend.
