Electro Rent Corporation Declares Dividend of $.15

Electro Rent Corporation ELRC announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share. The dividend will be paid on January 10, 2011 to shareholders of record as of December 20, 2010.
