Pfizer Declares Dividend of $.20

The board of directors of Pfizer Inc. PFE today declared a 20-cent first-quarter 2011 dividend on the company's common stock, payable March 1, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on February 4, 2011. Pfizer increased the dividend by approximately 11 percent, to 20 cents from 18 cents per share.
