PNM Resources Board Declares Dividend of 12.5 Cents

The Board of Directors of PNM Resources PNM today declared the regular quarterly dividends of $0.125 per share on its common stock and $1.25 per share on its convertible preferred Series A stock, of which each share is convertible into 10 shares of common stock. The indicated annual rate is $0.50 per share of common stock. The dividends are payable Feb. 15, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business Jan. 26, 2011.
