The Board of Directors of Hatteras Financial Corp. HTS today declared a quarterly dividend of $1.00 per common share for the fourth quarter of 2010. The dividend will be paid on January 21, 2011, to stockholders of record on December 27, 2010, with an ex-dividend date of December 22, 2010.
