Ameriana Bancorp Board Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.01 Per Share

Jerome J. Gassen, President and Chief Executive Officer of Ameriana Bancorp ASBI, today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.01 per share. The quarterly dividend is payable on January 21, 2011, to shareholders of record as of December 31, 2010.
