Regal Beloit Declares Dividend $0.18/Share (RBC)

Henry W. Knueppel, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of REGAL BELOIT CORPORATION RBC, announced that the Board of Directors, at their regular quarterly meeting held on May 2, 2011, declared a dividend of $.18 per share payable on July 15, 2011, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 1, 2011. The dividend represents the 204th consecutive dividend declared by the Company.
